In 1989, Kızılkanat was awarded the contract of the Industrial Complex for İzmir Shoemakers over an area approximately 370.000 cqm. The project includes 173.000 sqm. of convered area for workshop, 8.900 sqm. for Commercial Center that contains 180 retail shop, Apprentice Training Center, medical facilities, a Covered MArket of 396 shops on 110.000 sqm. of construction area along with the mosque compound, and the Central Market area of 396 shops that also contains 4 floor business, restaurants spread over 13.000 sqm... The construction of workshop has completed February 1995
